Following law school, Tarek clerked for the Honorable Juan Torruella of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He has extensive litigation and appellate advocacy experience, having handled several thousand tort claims, including various discrimination claims, throughout Georgia and Massachusetts. In October of 2013, Attorney Tarek obtained a $1.57 million jury verdict, in Cobb County, Georgia, against a leading construction company.
