Tarek Aleem is a seasoned personal injury attorney and the founding member of The Aleem Law Firm, representing injured clients throughout Georgia and beyond. He has personally handled thousands of cases, and his firm has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements.
His practice covers a broad spectrum of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle and trucking accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, negligent security, dog bite, and medical malpractice claims. Known for his proactive, hands-on approach, Tarek develops each case with a focus on strategy, clear client communication, and maximizing financial recovery.
After earning his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law, Tarek served as a law clerk to the Honorable Juan R. Torruella of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. His litigation career has taken him to trial and appellate courts in multiple jurisdictions, with extensive experience in both state and federal practice. In 2013, he secured the largest workplace jury verdict in Georgia.
Tarek is admitted to practice in Georgia, New York, Massachusetts, and Minnesota, and remains an active member of both the Atlanta legal and aviation communities. Clients value his accessibility, courtroom skill, and unwavering commitment to achieving justice.

Yussuf Aleem is a trial-tested attorney and law professor with a broad litigation background and a deep commitment to helping injury victims navigate complex legal challenges. A graduate of Harvard Law School and Stanford Business School, he brings a strategic, multidisciplinary approach to personal injury representation.
Yussuf represents clients in high-stakes injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, trucking collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury claims. He has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of injured plaintiffs and is known for his hands-on, client-first approach. His work emphasizes aggressive litigation strategy, effective settlement negotiation, and maximizing recovery for those harmed by negligence or misconduct.
Before founding the firm, Yussuf practiced at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and later served as general counsel to a national healthcare consulting company. He is a skilled advocate in both court and alternative dispute resolution settings and is a registered mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.
In addition to his litigation practice, Yussuf teaches at NYU and Columbia Law Schools and is a faculty member in Harvard Law School’s Trial Advocacy Program. His work has earned national recognition, including honors from the National Law Journal, Super Lawyers, and the Daily Report for leadership in the legal profession. He is admitted to practice in Georgia, New York, and Massachusetts, and maintains strong roots in Georgia through pro bono service and community engagement, including work with the Atlanta VA Hospital, Emory Law School, and the Children’s Hospital of Atlanta.
